The Village
Ghajnsielem is a quiet fishing village only few minutes distance away from the Mgarr Harbour in Gozo, the sister island of Malta. Its name literally translated means "Spring of Peace" which holds a lot of truth in it. This place would be perfect for a relaxing holiday away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy towns. Already as you arrive in Gozo, you would be greeted by the well known landmarks of this town, such as the Lourdes Chapel and Fort Chambray. A visit on top of the hill holding Lourdes Chapel should not be missed, especially for its breath-taking views of the harbour particularly during sunset or sunrise.
